I moved in to the HOSS Hometown Suites Federal Way location in March of this year. The staff immediately made you feel very welcome and always responded to requests in a “can do” manner. This office can and will handle any shipping or receiving requests made of them. In my old office building I was always running to FedEx in Auburn to ship packages to Canada and other areas of the USA. The atmosphere feels like we all work for the same big company trying to reach for the same goals. The building and restrooms are spotless and cleaned regularly. I would highly recommend this office for any business person looking to startup fast and may need some help doing so. The staff has changed over the past few months, but the replacement staff continues the excellent service level. The office does really make you feel like you have finally made it home!”
